Our approach

One partner for the full engineering cycle

We take responsibility for the complete engineering scope: electrical systems, low-current systems, HVAC, water supply and drainage. Our work covers design and BIM coordination, equipment procurement, installation, testing and commissioning.

This removes the need for the client to coordinate several contractors and resolve gaps between separate technical solutions. One contract, one accountable team and one clear result.

Process

How we deliver a project

  1. 01

    Design and BIM coordination

We prepare detailed design documentation for every discipline and assemble a model in which systems are checked for clashes before work begins on site. A clash found in the model costs a few hours of a designer’s time. The same clash found during installation means dismantling, rework and a schedule delay.

  2. 02

    Procurement

We select and purchase equipment, monitor delivery schedules and verify compliance with the design. We work directly with manufacturers and maintain our own warehouse, so installation does not stop because a single item is delayed.

  3. 03

    Installation

Our own crews perform the work under the direction of a dedicated project manager. We do not resell a project to subcontractors: the people working on site are company employees, and we are responsible for their qualifications.

  4. 04

    Testing and commissioning

We carry out individual and integrated tests, balance the systems and bring the equipment to its design operating conditions. This is the most underestimated stage: an installed but uncommissioned system may formally operate while failing to deliver the result defined by the design.

  5. 05

    Handover

We hand over the project with a complete set of as-built documentation and train the client’s operations team to work with the systems.

Principles

What we never compromise

Technology that delivers

We introduce new engineering solutions where they create a measurable result, not for the sake of a line in a presentation.

Honesty in every transaction

If a deadline is at risk or a solution needs revision, the client is the first to know. We call things what they are, both in negotiations and in site meetings.
